Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout, but typically range between 2–3 business days within North America and internationally after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and Beyond!
At this time, we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.


Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Endure Nutra is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@endurenutra.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
